Customer Facing & Order Management Representative (Temporary)

About the Role

This is a temporary position created to ensure continuity of service during a long-term absence within the team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring fast, accurate, and proactive resolution of queries. You will play a key role within the end-to-end Sales & Marketing Management process, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Customer interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.

  • Customer experience: Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering service aligned with customer needs and service segments.

  • Query resolution: Manage customer requests proactively and efficiently using full visibility of customer interactions.

  • Sales collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to jointly manage customer requests and provide transparency on customer interactions.

  • Specialist coordination: Engage service specialists when deeper expertise or further investigation is required.

  • Exception management: Proactively manage exception-based tasks together with specialists using the C4 platform to enhance the customer experience.

  • Process knowledge: Apply solid understanding of the end-to-end SMM process and leverage the specialist network to deliver excellent service.

Who You Are

  • A background in business administration, customer service, logistics, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or similar roles, with strong attention to accuracy and follow-up.

  • Experience working with CRM systems to track customer interactions and orders.

  • Strong communication skills combined with collaboration, time management, adaptability, conflict resolution, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Fluent English is required to perform successfully in this role.
