About the Role:
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the heart of commercial strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that fuel growth. You’ll turn data into stories, helping us understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions across product, pricing, and promotional strategies.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver actionable commercial insights
Analyze pricing, promotions, and product performance to support strategic decisions
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key stakeholders
Support forecasting and budgeting processes with data-driven recommendations
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial planning
Contribute to business cases and scenario modelling for new initiatives
Who You Are:
You bring 3–5 years of experience in commercial analysis, ideally within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce. You are:
A curious and analytical thinker with a knack for translating data into clear, compelling insights
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools
Comfortable working with large datasets and navigating ambiguity
A strong communicator who can influence decisions and collaborate effectively across teams
Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
