About the Role:

As our Marketing Assistant (B2B), you’ll be part of a passionate team where your ideas really matter. You’ll help keep product information up to date, coordinate marketing activities, and create better experiences for our customers.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain accurate product information across digital platforms, including certifications, packaging artwork, and image libraries

• Manage trade events and monitor engagement metrics and return on investment to guide improvements

• Coordinate sample orders and support product stage and gate projects

• Manage purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoices and track marketing expenditure

• Coordinate marketing updates across the team and contribute to idea generation sessions

• Develop digital engagement programs, and support webinars and customer communications

• Collaborate with design agencies and sales teams to manage brochures, trade shows, and sales tools

• Support sustainability initiatives, community programs, and activities aligned with the Reconciliation Action Plan

Who You Are:

You’re a recent marketing graduate with a passion for making a difference. You thrive in collaborative environments, bring a positive and adaptable mindset, and are eager to contribute to a purpose-driven team.

• Degree in Marketing or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Canva

• Strong attention to detail and high work standards

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Team player with a collaborative spirit

• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and adaptable

• Exposure to digital marketing such as social media, email campaigns, or website management highly desirable.
